Background

If you want to recreate OpenPlant Modeler's raceways by Bentley Raceway and Cable Management's raceways, it is possible by using Raceway Generator tool.
Raceway Generator tool requires a line to route the raceways and you can follow the article to know how you can OPM raceways for required results.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Launch Bentley Raceway and cable Management and open the DGN file.
2. Attach the OPM file with the raceways as reference.
3. Hide all level except the raceway centerline level “TRAY-CLIN”.
   
   
   
4. Select all the Centerline elements and copy from the reference to the active BRCM file.
5. Select all centerline elements and use Drop Element twice with activated option Complex, Line Strings/Shapes, Multi-lines.
   
   
   
   
6. Select all copied and dropped elements and start the Raceway Generator.
   
   
   
   
7. BRCM raceway parts will be created at same location with required fitting parts.
