Background
The project may have a requirement to show Pipeline Annotation with a specific distance

The following illustrative steps will help here to set up Annotation on a specific distance from Pipeline.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Search for Text Style Editor
2. Select PID text style and change Line Offset Y to 2.00
   
3. Save the text style.
4. Place Annotation Pipeline. The annotation will get placed from specific distance on Pipeline.
