How to fix PlantSight Synching Error "Some PlantSight instances could not be locked for Update, Sync

Background

The user may face following error while Synching OPPID with PlantSight.
" Some PlantSight instances could not be locked for update, Synchronization stopped. Please see the message center for details."

Above error observed when user Export data in excel and change or messed Instance ids and reimport data in PlantSight.

Steps to Accomplish:

Revert the PlantSight change state to previous State
