Background

This document explains the procedure to package a WorkSpace to be sharable across different users.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Go to WorkSpaces, WorkSpaces consist of all the different WorkSpace available in that configuration. Below is the Default location for WorkSpaces.
   

   C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces
   
   
   

2. Select the WorkSpace that need to share along with the *cfg file with same name as the WorkSpace. In this case select OpenPlantExample WorkSpace and OpenPlantExample.cfg, right click and make a Zip/Win Zip file as shown below.
   
   
3. Now that file is ready to be shared with other users, to do so user need to go to user WorkSpaces under configuration and extract ZIP/Win Zip file.
   
   C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces
