Background

In OpenPlant Modeler while placing the Inline Component on the Pipeline it will take automatic counter flanges, Gasket, Stud and Bolts. In this case, if Bolt Joint Type is not present in the Connection, first check from the Connectivity Checker and if it is showing the pop-up as below image then following below steps to accomplish.

Steps to Accomplish

1. First Check the type of End Preparation
   In the below image it is a Wafer End Preparation with Raised Face Facing
   
   
   
2. In addition to that Check in the 3D modeling supplemented schema.
   Launch Class Editor and navigate to Joint Section which is under Plant Base Object and check for wafer joint type Class and in Fasteners Spec Dev select True from the dropdown a shown in image
   
   
   
   
3. Furthermore, check for modeler configuration file where all the data for joint has been present.
   Navigate to the path: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\OpenPlantExample\WorkSets\Metric\Standards\OpenPlant\Modeler
   
   
   
   
4. Open Modelr.cfg file and find for wafer property and check OPM_CUSTOM_FLANGE_TYPE_END_PREPS. If the wafer property is missing the Add as stated in below image.
   
   
   
   
5. Re-Launch OpenPlant Modeler to verify the result.
