When working with Managed Workspaces and importing the AutoPLANT PID Conversion schemas drawing creation is an issue due to a working units mismatch.
This mismatch is between the DGN/DWG default seed file and the PCF file variables in the metric workspace.

MS_DWG_DEC_FRC_SCI_UNITS = Millimeters
_BMF_GEOMETRIC_VECTOR_PRECISION = 4

In the first variable the setting here MUST MATCH the Working Units - Sub Units setting in the seed file.
In the second variable the setting must match the Working Units Accuracy value in the seed file. If the accuracy is set to 0.1234 then this variable must be set to 4.
