Background

The purpose of this document is to provide instructions on how to create a folder in PlantSight Shared Files.

Steps to Accomplish

There are two ways to create folders in PlantSight Project Shared Files.

A. Through PlantSight Portal.

1. Launch PlantSight and open the required project. Click on the "Documents" button to access the documents section.
   
   
   
2. Click on new, select Create Folder.
   
   
   

B. Through connect.bentley.com portal.

1. Open connect.bentley.com
   
   
2. Search for the required project.
   
   
   
3. Click on Shared Files to create new folder inside it.
   
   
4. Shared Files can also be accessed by opening a particular project in Connect.bentley.com portal.
   
   
   1.  Click on Projects, select My Projects and click on required project.
      
   2. Click on Share to create a new folder.
