Background

The Label Tool allows you to define labels to be placed next to raceway components in the drawing.
You can now configure user defined attributes to display in a raceway label.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Click the Raceway Labels option from the 2D Extraction ribbon and select a raceway label.

  2. In the Label Tool dialog, click the RW Macro option.

  3. In the drop down list next to the Insert button select an attribute from the list:

  4. After selecting an attribute, click Insert to add it to the Macro field

  5. To place the next attribute on a new row, select the LineFeed option and click Insert before adding the new attribute

Note: An option for top elevation is also added and can be used for duct banks and raceways.
  6. Once the label configuration is complete, enter a name for it and click Save.

  7. Click OK and place the label using the standard placement method.

Note: Label style is defined using Bentley Raceway and Cable Management dimension style or current active dimension style. To change label style please make changes to Bentley Raceway and Cable Management dimension style.
