Overview
To Resolve cable tray not visible in dgn and nor can be found via selection tools in BRCM, this document explains way to find those hidden elements and delete it.
Problem Description
User has modified their cable trays from 100mm height to 125mm, but when they generate report, they are still able to see some cable trays with 100mm height. User tried to find the same in the dgn but cannot locate where those trays are, even tried using display manager to see if they are hidden but didn’t found it. Tried this RCMRECOVERYHIDDENELEMENTS key in but still those 100 mm cable trays are not in dgn but gets reflected in Report.
Steps to Resolve
- Click on Raceway IDs right click in the opened dialog and select Analyze model then click cancel.
- Go to explorer and click on search.
- Select Cable search for Cable Ladder Straight and to filter select Trade Height and put value 100 as 100mm height cable trays are not visible and not changed.
- The Explorer will show the hidden cable trays as shown below.
- Right click on Cable Ladder Straight and choose details option.
- Select all available unmodified cable trays and click on delete raceway as shown below.
- Extract report and verify the result.
