Background

Standard or default eccentric reducer has no offset details in OpenPlant Isometrics Manager. User can add a label to display offset details. In addition, the method on this article is applicable for OpenPlant Modeler and AutoPLANT Modeler.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch OpenPlant Modeler. Open any piping model with eccentric reducer.
  2. Generate Isometric of the given model.
  3. In isometric configuration box, select Launch Style Editor.
  4. Choose the required isometric style and click User Label.
  5. Create a new label and apply the given values.
Note: Text value for Imperial and Metric is different. The rest are the same values.
    For Imperial Unit

    Name: ECCENTRIC OFFSET
    Include: EC_CLASS=ECCENTRIC_PIPE_REDUCER
    Text: $(DIM1:##/16”) Offset
    Type: PLANTC
