To Display Multiple Content in a Rows as Label in OpenPlant Isometric Manager Connect Edition

Overview

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, to show multiple content in a row as Note Label.

Problem Description

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, multiple rows does not appear in isometric drawing as labels instead the Notes appear in one line for whole content. See image below with the current situation.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Launch OpenPlant Modeler, Select OOTB workspace and the workset (Metric)

  2. Place one pipe and some inline components on it.

  3. Place Note on the Pipe
    Note: Go to Piping Galleries . in the Generic Ribbon Find the “Note”



  4. Select Note from drop down in the Note Type Section.



  5. To display multiple rows in the isometric label use “$” sign to break the sentences.



  6. Place the note on the pipeline.

  7. Go to isometric and create the iso-sheet.



  8. Publish the i.Model

         

  9. Launch OpenPlant Isometric Manager (Separate Application).



  10. Open the i.dgn and select the iso-sheet and run to generate the isometric.



  11. In the isometric you can observed the result as shown in the image below.
