Introduction

This article will explain the procedure of including multiple property in bubble annotation. For this wiki we will be using the TIE_IN class which by default only DEVICE TYPE CODE and NUMBER properties are annotated. But it may be required to have multiple properties, hence in this wiki we joined NUMBER, SERVICE, and UNIT together on the second row.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch Class Editor and load OpenPlant_PID.01.08.ecschema.xml schema.

  2. Supplement it with OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Design.01.08.ecschema.xml schema.

  3. Go to TIE_IN class.

  4. In properties tab, select NUMBER property and Override, set the 'Annotation Custom Attribute' custom attribute Visibility to false.

  5. Create a new EC property, lets say NUMBER_DISPLAY.

  6. Add following custom attributes: Category, Annotation Custom Attribute, and Calculated ECProperty Specification.

  7. Save the changes in schema.

  8. Launch OPPID and verify the result.
