Background

Since the update to Windows 11, multiple users have reported that some dialogs does not show up. 
Or there is no more option to cascade the windows.
Upon further investigation, they used to work with multiple monitor displays.

Steps to Fix

1. Launch the Product you are using, e.g. OPM
2. Activate the tool that does not show the dialog
3. Plug back in/out the connection cable of the Display monitor that was disconnected to the machine, the dialog should show up, repeat as neccesary.
