Background:

When the Off-page Connector is deleted in the DGN, the sync drawing in PlantSight stops. The Message Center shows the following error message:

Solution:

Steps to Resolve

1. Open PID.cfg from %Workset_Standards_Location%\OpenPlant\PID\

2. Search for IMODEL_SYNC_DELETECOMPONENTS

3. Change the variable value to either 0 or 1.

4. Save PID.cfg

5. Try syncing the DGN to PlantSight with the OPC deleted
