Notes property is not displayed in the Offpage Connector.
Steps to Accomplish
1. Launch Class Editor
2. Open OpenPlant_PID.01.08.ecschema.xml and supplement it with OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Design.01.08.ecschema.xml (See How to Open Schema & Supplement it with desired Schema in Bentley Class Editor CONNECT Edition. - OpenPlant | AutoPLANT Wiki - OpenPlant | AutoPLANT - Bentley Communities)
3. Go to CROSS_PAGE_CONNECTION Class
4. In the Properties Tab, select Annotation Note and copy the Annotation Custom Attributes custom attribute
5. Go to the OFFPAGE_CONNECTOR Class and override Notes property
6. Select the OFFPAGE_CONNECTOR class again and paste the Custom Attribute
7. Check if the custom attribute is added and if it's associated to the supplemental schema
8. Change the y-value of the Origin Offset to move it away from the
9. Save all the schemas
Note: The existing Offpage Connectors will not reflect the changes and thus should be recreated
