Background
When doing a query, uom can be missing in the properties. In this wiki article, it will explain two approaches on to add uom to define the properties.
Steps to Accomplish
1. Go to PlantSight and Open the iModel
2. Open Query Browser in Tag Management
3. Define a Query and set to turn on Advanced Mode
4. Add the following in your query (example used is for Equipment Height):
- Option A: Adding the uom in the Property Headers
- equip.HEIGHT as [Height (mm)]
- Option B: Adding the uom in each entry
- CAST(equip.HEIGHT AS TEXT) || 'mm' as [Height]
5. Run or Save Query
