Overview

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, during isometrics generation, Iso-extractor dialog displays error as Failed to read ECSchema...." 

Problem Description

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, user might receive an error as described below while generating iso's in-session using OpenPlant Modeler. 


          

Steps to Resolve

1. Launch OpenPlant Project Administrator
2. Re-verify the configuration if workset has been created in different drive. 
3.  In this situation, the user should remove the existing configuration and then recreate it. This is necessary because the configuration is often unable to read the schema location correctly from the installed location.
4. Select correct workspace and Workset and confirm your results. 
5. Note - If issue still persist then feel free to reach out to Global Technical Support group.
