Background
This document explains the procedure to Modify/Uninstall/Repair OpenPlant Products
Steps to Accomplish
Modify/Uninstall:
- Open Control Panel and click on Uninstall a program
- Right-Click on the required application choose uninstall or for modification click on change option.
- A window will appear that will allow the modification.
Repairing the Application:
To access the repair option directly from the installer files for OpenPlant CONNECT, follow these steps:
- Locate the Setup_ xx.xxx.exe file. It can typically be found in a directory similar to C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{{509bf35b-17f8-4a50-89b6-17f9baa0774b}}. Note that the folder name within the curly brackets may differ depending on the version and application.
The needed application can also be searched through search window
- Execute the setup/installer file by double-clicking on it.
- Choose the ‘Repair’ option.
