How to Fix DWG File Not Opening Completely in AutoPLANT Modeler CONNECT Edition

Background

Applications in the computer/machine updates from time to time. For instance, Microsoft 365 Apps update/upgrade affects the performance of AutoPLANT Modeler. It causes problems in opening the dwg files or models. Sometimes restarting the machine will help but most of the time it won’t.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. In computer settings, search for Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016.
  2. Right click on it and select REPAIR.
  3. After the repair, launch AutoPLANT Modeler and open any of the dwg files to verify the result.
