When a user in OpenPlant Modeler attempts to check out a pipeline that has been synchronized with PlantSight, they encounter an error stating “The Repository Server Did not Respond to the Request”, as depicted in the following image.
Furthermore, the user is unable to access the Data Manager in PlantSight, and an error message stating “Unknown Server Response Code” is displayed, as shown in the subsequent image.
Note : The issue is only happening with specific user ID.It might be related to the user’s permissions or settings. It would be advisable to check the user’s access rights and settings in both OpenPlant Modeler and PlantSight below.
