To Solve the Issue "Please Sign in to Access Your Bentley Services" in PlantSight

Overview

In PlantSight,to access Tag Management via the Data Manager tab,an error message appears stating “Please Sign in to Access Your Bentley Services”.

Problem Description

In PlantSight, a user may encounter the following error when accessing Tag Management through the Data Manager tab.

           

Steps to Resolve

  1. Clear the Browser Cache.
    For Example in here clearing the Mozilla Browser Cache as per the image below.



  2. Refresh the website to verify the result.

Note: It is suggested to use either Chrome or Edge for browsing the PlantSight website (https://plantsight.bentley.com).
