Background

There is always a standard date format in every drawing. Moreover, there are plenty of date formats given in OpenPlant Isometrics Manager. Based on the choices, the user can choose which one is suitable for the requirement. For reference, the default format is day/date/year.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Open textnodes.txt file under config folder.
  2. Locate the Function: DATE (expression).
  3. Based on the given choices of format. Choose the desired date output. For instance, select DATE (ddd mmm d yyyy). This format includes the current day, month, day and year.

  4. Type the chosen format anywhere in the given space on the file.
Date = DATE (ddd mmm d yyyy)
  5. Save the changes in textnodes.txt file.
  6. Generate the isometrics to verify the result.
