CE OPPID If Specs are not Fetchable when using User workset

Overview

In OpenPlant PID/ Modeler sometimes user may face issue of Specs being not fetched due to different storage location of Specs.

Problem Description

In use workset, if specs are not fetched in OPPID or OPM, even if Specs and Catalogue folder is present, then this may be due to different storage location of Specs by user as described below

Steps to Resolve

  1. Open OpenPlant.cfg file Located at Workset level
  2. Search for OP_SPEC_DIR
  3. If there is Modified OP_SPEC_DIR is present than comment it out and comment IN the default one

  4. Save and Start Product again
