Overview

In OpenPlant Modeler when report is generated by BOMbyLineno, then values turn come up with NA, to resolve same, this article can be useful.

Problem Description

If in reports out of BOMbyLineNo is generated and values turn into NA then following steps may help to resolve the issue

          

Steps to Resolve

1. Verify schema if there are any properties that get override
2. If there is override, remove those override
3. Save schema and verify results, notice if value in size column are correct.
4. In case there is still an issue, then please register a case along with relevant files and connect with Bentley Global Technical Support
