Background

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, there is a situation where an error occurs when generating the isometrics. It says Error: Symbol not mapped in [PCF] section: REFERENCE. This article aims to fix the problem by adding relevant values in the pcf.ini file.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Open pcf.ini file in preferred isometric style by selecting the appropriate Workspace and Workset.

  2. Add the values at the bottom area of the file.
    ; annotations

    ; For annotations the EC CLASS is used fro mapping

    ; For annotation added by OPIM a pseudo class is used

    REFERENCE = END-CONNECTION # reference label to other sheet/equipment

  3. Save the changes in pcf.ini file.
  4. Generate the isometrics to verify the result.
