Problem Description

Steps to Resolve

1.In several occasions this issue was resolved by updating Graphic Card Drivers to latest available. Restart is required after update.

2. In some cases when NVIDIA graphic card with NVIDIA Optimus Technology is used in order to resolve this issue NVIDIA Optimus should be disabled in BIOS (Please refer to you computer user manual) . After disabling it in BIOS, NVIDIA drivers must be reinstalled and machine should be restarted.

3. Download NGUtils 09.190.zip NGUtils 09.190.zip
Unzip the folder NGUtils 09.190.zip to the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bin\NGUtils\

Reregister TypeLibUtils.dll using string below:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\RegAsm.exe /codebase "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bin\NGUtils\x64\TypeLibUtils.dll
