When this crash occurs, what are the steps that lead to it? How are you starting GenerativeComponents, what file do you attempt to open, anything else that may help analyze what might be happening? Is there any log-file that is created?

Description of what happens before this crash happens (are you starting the application, how are you starting it, e.g. from what shortcut, etc., are you opening a file, etc.?) will help us narrow down what the problem could be.
If this occurs when starting the application, have you tried repairing or uninstall/reinstall of it?
If this occurs when opening a specific file, could you please attach that file, or send it to me at Volker.Mueller@bentley.com?
I try to uninstall GC and reinstall but this error try again, I start it from short cut and I create new file error show again.

Hello Hoa,
After uninstalling GC, have you cleaned out all resources, program files, preference files, etc. installed and used by GC? These may reside in various locations, including e.g. Windows\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\GenerativeComponents\8.11?
You may want to attempt just deleting this folder without uninstall/reinstall and see whether this helps.

It looks like this is difficult to trouble shoot through this type of back-and-forth.
Before your problems with GC started, had you been able to run it successfully?
After uninstalling and deleting all files associated with GC (with the exception of any project files, of course), please do reboot your computer. Run Windows Update, ensuring that your computer's system is up-to-date. Most likely this will cause another reboot. I'd recommend rebooting anyway. Then install GC again, and I suggest selecting a custom location for both, program and data files, so that there is clarity about what gets executed and accessed.
Do you see the error only when creating a new DGN file, or does the same thing happen when opening an existing file?
Either way, as Volker suggested, make sure that there are no pending Windows updates as these can prevent our applications from installing correctly. And of course, rebooting doesn't hurt!
If after the above you are still experiencing the error, please attached the exception log file and accompanying minidump. You should be able to find them under the C:\Users\Your.Name\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\GenerativeComponents\8.11\xxxxxxxxxxxxxx\ExceptionHistory\ folder.
