When this crash occurs, what are the steps that lead to it? How are you starting GenerativeComponents, what file do you attempt to open, anything else that may help analyze what might be happening? Is there any log-file that is created?

I just update and upgrade window to window 10 and update latest driver but this error can not solve
Hi Nguyen,
If you haven't already done so, be sure to uninstall and reinstall GC after that Windows upgrade. I would suggest using the right-click "Run as Administrator" option when doing so. Also, have you checked your graphics card drivers?

- Uninstall then restart then Reinstall
- Run as admin when reinstall
- Run as admin short cut

We did a lot of recent trouble shooting with a similar 'microstation stopped working error'.
It mainly occured while opening / reopening / creation and closing files.
We narrowed it down to troubles in Microstation Connect update 9 / ABD and its interaction with Connection Client.
What helped with us:
Toggle the TaskBar notification properties so the Connection Client Application Icon shows up there and you can observe it.
As soon as it starts while launching Microstation / ABD quit the Connection Client.
Without Connection Client everything is running properly.
