I have list like this.

and after I flaten this list it become like this.

Depending on your GC version; you are after Flatten(ListXYZ) or ListXYZ.Flatten(); where ListXZY = {{a,b,c,d},{e,f}}; and you should end up with ListXYX{a,b,c,d,e,f}

Put your 1D list inside a list (i.e make it a 2D list) and transpose that.
{ListXYZ}.Transpose()
