Help with GC: getting the configuration manager back

I accidentally closed the toolbar in the top left hand corner of the screen in Generative components. Does anyone know how to get it back? I've tried everything I know so far and have no idea.

hey here is the screen shot, as you can see there is no configuration manager in the top left corner, this toolbar is pretty importanat as you know but I have no idea how to get it back. any help would be much appreciated.
