Help with GC: getting the configuration manager back

Are your preferences looking to the folder Steve suggests below? You can find out by looking in: Microstation > Workspace > About Microstation.

I saw this exact same problem last week and deleting both the GC.upf and GC.Docking.xml allowed them to be re-created on re-boot which positioned the GC interface in the correct position.

Ditto... Make sure you're getting the right files in the right location.  Off the top of my head, I'm not aware of any others that would control the interface layout!
