I am finding that if I need to rebuild transactions, when I highlight all the transactions then right click to rebuild, the rebuild will not highlight?? this happens 50% of the time? very similar to the node editor that will not allow you to edit? is this a graphics problem?

Can you show us any video sample where we can have a look at what nodes are having that issue?
sometimes it just will not highlight the rebuild transactions?? and I have to get out of model and back in which takes for ever when working from home through a VPN
can the above command of rebuilding transactions also be done by Update Model ?
No that is only to update the model. That has no effect on rebuilding transaction.
is there any other way of rebuilding transactions? Also sometimes when I am in GC the commands are all blanked out as per below?
This is becoming a real problem??
