What I want to do is <copy> FilteredLines from arc1 to arc3, so I used 3 techniques.
1. Line Offset
2. Line parallel
same as the offset technique
3. CopyTransform, I got the same length, but the lines didn't snap to the points
i'll send the files through Service request
