Can you say where in the docs that image is? I will look, but I fear that I don't have the source.
Even if the origonal GCT file is not available, it is possible to decipher quite a bit of the method by reading the transaction titles. It looks like a series of arcs (with 360 sweep?), points by parameter along the curves (with the spacing controlled by a varialbe), then lines by lacing from point grid (using the 2D array of curve-based points as the basis.)

I think it should help you.. play the transactions step by step and try to understand what features and methods I used to get the model.
