    Polygon.Offset sometimes produces flipped polygons

    Applies To
    Product(s): GenerativeComponents

    Environment: N\A
    Area: GC Feature
    Subarea: N\A

    Problem Description

I've place Points by DistanceAlongCurve on an ellipse, created Polygons from these Points, created two Polygons by offsetting from those polygons, then created lines between Vertex Points of these two polygons.  But when I change the number of partitions using the Graph Variable 'num' for these offset polygons, the geometry generated is flipped.

    Steps to Resolve

Set the KeepStartPointNear property of the offset polygon to True.  Note that this is introduced as a new default setting in SELECTseries6.
