Problem

When using GC Extension 08.11.09.296 with ABD SS6 08.11.09.829 the User Preferences dialog will only display once during any GC/ABD session.

Solution

This was a defect in the 08.11.09.296 release of the GC SS6 extension. It has been resolved and the current release, 08.11.09.349, is available with the fix for this defect.
We recommend that this sequence is followed:

• The existing GC extension is removed.
• A repair installation is run on ABD (08.11.09.829).
• The new extension is installed.
