Mesh feature & 3d print tutorial Carlos Gonzalez
Documentation, drawings, rendering and digital fabrication are the steps in this example. GenerativeComponents were used to generate a complex geometry from points in the space that were connected to build a mesh. The software was used in all the process from modeling, documentation, (using the tools of rendering through Luxology and exporting the drawings as pdf) and finally to the last part adding a thiken quality to the mesh and print it without any normal problems (file exported directly from GC as stl.).
This example is part of a new series of toutorials that try to explore a different quality of the software and open the door for new expeculation of different uses and capabilities of GC as a design tool beyond parametrism.
