Is there a way to detect what version of Civil data is contained in a dgn file? I thought maybe looking at the dgn file version would point me in the right direction with 8.1xx being V8based & 8.2xx being CONNECT based. But looking through a project when I open some V8 files versioned 8.202 I get the message about Obsolete Civil Data Found.
