We are looking to create some tools that work like native Geometry tools, but have the same ruled / persist functionality, ie. dynamically update on geometry change, etc.
Is there any way to do this using the current SDK?

As I understand it, the SDK is setup to create the resulting geometry and civil objects like corridors etc. It is not setup to create any rules or dynamics however. Basically "design intent" is outside of the scope of the SDK.
