Create key in MicroStation V8 ss3

hi. 
 I have one tool in MicroStation V8 ss3, i want create key , customers using tools it needs a key created by me and no key, it will not show up toolba 
 plz, help me. thanks

I have created one of equal utility macros on v8ss3, when users want to use it, it will tell you the key and the key with which I provide. 
I want to create my copyright tool created
