from your dialog capture it looks like the problem is reported by ContextCapture. I recommend to move your question to ContextCapture forum. To move the discussion, see Move tool in More menu under your post.
In general, this problem is reported by Windows when a display driver hangs (can be caused by corrupted driver installation, HW issue etc.) and Windows have to reset the card. For more information, see e.g. this or this article.
