honestly, do you expect you will receive answer when you do not provide even basic information what product and what version do you use? Please read and follow the forum best practices.

So please add more information, e.g. whether it's file dependent, share at least a piece of your code to explain context etc.

Depending on what product do you use, I recommend to move your post to proper forum, because this is general community, whereas e.g. MicroStation Programming forum is much better place to discuss MicroStation related issues.
