MicroStation Connect Minimum Distance not working

I want the Minimum between line to show where is the Minimum see image below 

i cannot get this in connect

I still cannot get it to work in Connect see image .. These two images are the same and the minimum distance  dimensions differ . Cannot Bentley restore this function in Connect , use in all the time in V8i for checking electrical clearances so was an important function in my field .
