has anyone run into such an issue with MicroStation V8i generated run-time error '-2147221164 (80040154)? This error occurs when user clicks on Identify Profile Cell under Roadway Vertical Alignments - VA Labeler. This occurs with only one user out of several hundreds. All files are up-to-date and match the machines that work properly. The machine is running Windows 10, MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 2) – Version 08.11.07.443 and Geopak V8i (SELECTseries 2) – Version 08.11.07.615. Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.
