  • We can not see " how you checked the angle"?

Please check you angle unit settings, within that dgn!

    hi,
please select the line and see the information its showing the angle and the line length.

Information?? Do you mean "element information" command from basic Microstation?

Have you checked the angle units settings from this DGN file?
The both lines closing angle is 0.45......°
The angle units precision is set to 0 (zero)  in your DGN file settings. So you can not  see what you are looking for! You see angle 0°.

And please be precise when asking such questions and give some more information to get comprehensive help.

This was a basic Microstation question nothing realtling to Geospatial programming, right?  You will better  use this http://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/   forum for a larger audience!
