I am not quite sure why two nearly the same posts exist (the current and this one) and what is "more valid". Maybe it would be better to delete one from the duplicates.

Yes, there is Bentley Geo Web Publisher SDK available. GWP is quite outdated products and SDK is not very complex but still valuable in some situations. It contains:

• API description fo ActiveX VPR module that can be used to add extra functionality to client side (when VPR is used).
• Example with source code for Map Publisher allowing to modify how server code is created.

A list of Bentley SDKs is available here (but the list is not updated very frequently).

I am not sure whether it's the same for all products and related SDKs, but in my feeling is that currently Bentley limits access to SDKs for their product as much as possible (and they did the access rather complicated unfortunately). By default the access is only through BDN program (Bentley Developer Network). It exists in two variants:

• "Normal BDN" targeted to commercial developers
• "BDN for SELECT customers", that is free extension to SELECT agreement and allows in-hous development.

Which version is valid for you?

I am not sure whether I understand your question correctly. And it's hard to say what tool you need when you did not explain what customization or feature you want to develop.

I suppose your next step should be to fill BDN Inquiry form.
