The Bentley Map team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the Bentley Map CONNECT Edition SDK x64 10.01.00.26 release on the Bentley Software Downloads site.
The Bentley Map CONNECT Edition SDK provides Bentley Map application developers with the ability to customize Bentley Map using C, C++, C#, and Visual Basic. Developers who want to embed or extend functionality in Bentley Map can do so with available Application Programming Interfaces (API) in Bentley Map.
The SDK requires installation of Bentley Map CONNECT Edition Update 1 and MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 10 SDK. Bentley Map is a Mapping software for editing, analysis, and management of 2D/3D geospatial information. Learn more about Bentley Map versions here.
The Bentley Map CONNECT Edition SDK is available to SELECT subscribers doing in-house development at no additional cost via the Bentley Developer Network. Find out more about BDN here.
Note: The Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications engine is included with Bentley Map and does not require this SDK. It is a powerful development platform to build upon, access, and integrate within your solutions. Information on MicroStation VBA is included in the Bentley Map product documentation.
