You will need to add an IconCmdTinyRsc or better yet I would look to create the icons as windows icons and use that definition. You will need to have three sizes now for the icons. If we don't find one of them we will try to use the other.

OOhhh, TinyRsc huh. I didn't see that one. Of course it would have helped if I searched the XM include folders instead of the 2004Ed include folders, duh. Seems like it'd be easier to do the windows icons rather than draw new Tiny's for all of them. Can I do that without converting all of the app's dialog functionality to windows?

No you do not need to recode any of the app just some modification to the .r file to reference the new icons and a little addition to add the icon to the resources using the wiconpackager to pack up the icons.
