Is there a way to create a new folder when you have Microstation Manager open. Currently it has My Documents, My Computer, My Network Places, etc.
I would like to create a folder to a location or two that I frequent a lot.

Well I am looking to create a shortcut to a project folder not a new folder within a project.
I still don't understand your problem. You can select whatever folder structure or drive you wish and create the new folder. That's standard Windows operation.
He's wanting to create a shortcut on the left side of the dialog where the Recent Places, Desktop, COmputer, Netowork shortcuts are located so he can quickly jump to his projects folder (not in the File/Folder view pane)
