Hi all,
Does anyone have an example to draw a bisector between two lines?
Best Regards
Hi,
you can try this, it works for lines that have no real intersection:
Of course if you need to draw angle bisector for lines with existing intersection, basic functionality of Construct Angle Bisector is enough.

Jan, the theory the know. I want an example in MVBA to not create the routine.
Jhon, is 2D
Thanks to both

I don't think there is an example. You'll have to create one.
Working in 2D is simpler than 3D, because the lines are guaranteed to be planar. They are not guaranteed to intersect. They may be parallel, in which case you have to decide if the bisector is another line mid-way between the two.
If the lines intersect, then:
Oops, sorry, not fully concentrated to your question, so missed it's in VBA forum :-(
In VBA I think it can be something like:
Identify segments (lines) > raysRay3dRay3dIntersectXY > intesection pointVector3dAngleBetweenVectors / 2 > angle bisector
Code requires to know more about your situation, e.g.
Thank you. At the end, I created a class which happened the coordinates of two lines. The two lines have a vertex in common (O).
